Emily helps rapidly growing small and mid-size companies identify financial and operational insights to more effectively achieve their goals.  She is an analyst at her core, and is devoted to enabling informed business decisions through data.

Prior to launching Adler Analytics, Emily led the Finance, Accounting and IT teams of a national construction and leasing company.  Starting as the second employee in midtown Manhattan, she helped grow the company to over $60 million in annual revenues and over 60 employees around the country.  Key contributions included the implementation of an ERP software solution, developing Key Performance Indicator reporting, providing insights through management reports and financial projections, and managing lender relations with several national banks.  In late 2011 the company moved its headquarters to Park City, UT and Emily found a love of the mountains.

Earlier in her career, soon after graduating from Brown University, she helped launch a commercial recycling company in Providence, RI.   This groundbreaking effort was undertaken before the green movement was mainstream, and was part of a community development effort to create living wage job opportunities in an economically depressed area of the city.  The company successfully won recycling contracts with the State of Rhode Island, Brown University & Fleet Bank.
